About Aparupa

“I am continuing my journey with Odissi while sharing its grace, discipline, and expressive depth with a new community.”

I trained in Odissi for many years while growing up in India, building a lasting connection to its movement, rhythm, expression, and storytelling.

I founded RudraSi Dance Studio in Bentonville, Arkansas, where I am continuing my journey with Odissi while introducing the art form to students and audiences in Northwest Arkansas. I teach children and adults, and my performance work is currently centered on solo Odissi.
